Investments in battery-focused startups are increasing.

Over the past month, three battery startups have received investments exceeding $1 billion each. This sector is on track to exceed its 2021 funding by year-end, making it potentially the only industry to achieve this feat.

YouTube is intensifying its focus on AI.

YouTube has introduced new AI-powered tools for its creators, such as AI-created image and video backdrops, content theme ideas, and music suggestions. A standout feature is the "Dream Screen" which produces AI-made backgrounds for YouTube Shorts. This transition could alter the way creators craft their content, as AI-based recommendations may guide the direction of content, leading to a higher presence of AI-produced elements on the site.

ChatGPT now has the capability to conduct real-time web searches.

OpenAI’s "Browse with Bing" feature in ChatGPT allows it to fetch up-to-date web data. Initially, this is accessible to Plus and Enterprise members.
