Hey, Google, How Was Muslims In Tech Last Year?
In the words of Rashid Elhawli, founder of MiT and Community Buildr,
“2022 was an eventful and momentous year for us at Muslims in Tech. We were intentional about focusing our efforts on Uni students and grads. We realised that the entrepreneurial muscle needs to be developed and Uni students have demonstrated globally, they are the most likely to engage in such endeavours. Even if they try and fail, they're already one step closer to success so early on in their lives.
With this in mind, we were able to host 5 memorable networking events with 3 having a startup focus. We've included some snaps from these events which were hosted in collaboration with different university societies, namely Swinburne Islamic Society, RMIT Islamic Society, UTS Muslim Society and University of Melbourne Islamic Society.
